One veteran. One powerful scan. A clearer way to help.
Request a veteran-controlled support page and a high-contrast QR sign based on the Ronald Young Codeflyer. The QR should open the veteran's hosted page, where supporters can learn about current needs and choose a verified direct-support route.
This page is a starter kit, not a live fundraiser or an automatic enrollment form.
01 — Private review
Confirm the veteran's choices
Collect only an approved public name, a consented photo, short story, present needs, and a veteran-owned or explicitly authorized support account. Never post a precise sleeping location, disability records, case notes or personal documents.
02 — Build the page
Make the story readable
Use a large image, clear support request, visible payment destination and helpful in-kind options. Match the Ronald Young layout without copying his personal information or payment details.
03 — Generate the QR
Scan to the hosted page
Generate and decode-test a QR for the veteran's final page URL. Make it large with quiet space and strong contrast, then test it from an actual print at a typical scanning distance.
04 — Print and maintain
Make updates possible
Deliver a mobile page and printable sign with readable short URL. The veteran can request corrections or removal through the nonprofit. Record approved changes and verify the published route.
Reusable owner command
Copy this into your authorized Codee chat
Replace bracketed fields and attach the photo. A new individual page is published only after review and successful deployment verification.
Copy the command, complete the fields, and confirm consent before asking Codee to publish.
EXAMPLE LAYOUT ONLY — NOT A LIVE DONATION SIGN
HELP A VETERAN MOVE FORWARD
Future approved print signs will feature the named veteran, their photo (if consented), a working QR, and a large simple call to action.
QR ADDED AFTER APPROVAL
SCAN THE QR TO READ THEIR STORY AND OFFER HELP
Final printed signs must include the verified web address and disclose whether payments go directly to a veteran-owned account or to a registered nonprofit. This template cannot accept donations.
Transparency and safeguards
Direct Cash App payments go to the account identified on the veteran's support page and are not donations to INVEST IN VETS. Do not describe direct personal gifts as tax-deductible. Page hosting is not a guarantee of veteran status, housing approval, emergency aid or the outcome of any fundraising. Independently check the listed recipient before sending funds.
